Thank you for participating in our program. By engaging with this offer, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure full understanding and compliance.

Eligibility

To qualify for this promotional offer, participants must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Participants must not be current TechnologyMatch.com users, customers, or active participants in any ongoing TechnologyMatch.com programs.
• Be a technology buyer, decision-maker, strong technology influencer, or senior executive within their organization.
• Be currently employed by the organization and eligible to participate in promotional activities as per their company's policies.
• Be a resident of the United States or Canada.
• Have received a direct invitation from us or be on our targeted promotional list. Submissions originating from third parties or forwarded invitations are ineligible.
• Provide accurate and complete business contact information, including:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Job Title
  • Business Email Address (no personal domains, such as Gmail, Yahoo, or AOL, are permitted)
  • Business Phone Number (including a direct line or extension)
  • Full Business Address (Street, City, State/Province, and Zip Code)
• Meet the gross annual revenue minimums established for the applicable promotional offer.
• Not be an employee, reseller, or current client of the sponsoring technology brand associated with this offer.

Submissions containing incomplete, inaccurate, or personal contact information will be disqualified. Participants are limited to one submission per promotion. Any attempt to submit multiple entries or use aliases will result in disqualification.

Survey Participation

• Participation in the survey or program is entirely voluntary.
• All responses must be honest and based on the participant's personal experience.
• Participants may withdraw from the survey or program at any time.

Incentives

• Incentives, such as gift cards, are provided upon successful completion of scheduled appointments with one or more of our verified Partners or Paying Clients, provided that the participant satisfies all applicable eligibility, verification, and meeting requirements.
• Incentive details, including value and delivery method, are outlined in the survey invitation, promotional email, or applicable offer communication.

• TechnologyMatch reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a participant qualifies for an incentive. Incentives may be withheld, denied, reduced, or revoked if TechnologyMatch determines that the participant does not meet the applicable qualification criteria, provided inaccurate or incomplete information, failed to actively participate in the scheduled appointment, misrepresented their role or purchasing authority, violated these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise does not align with the intended purpose of the promotional offer.

Incentive Processing

• Eligibility for an incentive is not guaranteed solely by submitting a form, completing a survey, scheduling an appointment, or attending a meeting. Final incentive approval is subject to TechnologyMatch’s verification process and qualification criteria.  
• Incentives are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Failure to attend a scheduled meeting will void the incentive. Missing three scheduled meetings may void your eligibility for all future incentive offers.

• Incentives will only be processed after the scheduled meeting has been completed.
• Processing of incentives may take up to 14 days following the completion of the appointment.
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate participant information may extend processing times.

Meeting Requirements

• Each scheduled meeting must meet our minimum required duration (e.g., 30 minutes).
• Participants must actively engage during the meeting, discussing their IT challenges, goals, and potential needs.
• Rescheduling a meeting more than once may void eligibility for this, and future incentive(s).

• TechnologyMatch reserves the right to determine whether the completed meeting satisfies the requirements of the promotion, including whether the participant attended in good faith, actively engaged in the discussion, and represented a qualified technology buyer, decision-maker, influencer, or senior executive consistent with the offer criteria.

Verification

• Participants must retain verification of the original promotion to redeem incentives.
• Submissions may be validated through a brief follow-up phone call to confirm eligibility, email confirmation, or other reasonable verification method to confirm eligibility.
• This offer is valid only for fully qualified and verifiable business contacts.

• TechnologyMatch reserves the right to review, validate, approve, or deny any submission or incentive request at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying the participant’s employment status, business contact information, job function, purchasing influence, company qualification, appointment attendance, and alignment with the intended audience for the offer.

• Participants who provide false, misleading, incomplete, duplicate, or unverifiable information may be disqualified from the current promotion and may be deemed ineligible for future promotional offers.

Confidentiality and Data Use

• Participant responses will be used primarily to match them with verified Partners or Paying Clients.
• Data collected will be aggregated and anonymized. No personally identifiable information will be shared without consent.

Intellectual Property

• All materials associated with this survey, promotion, or program are proprietary and belong to us.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or data loss that may occur during participation.
• Participation in this program is entirely at the participant's own discretion and responsibility.

Amendments

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions, the promotional offer, or any incentive program at any time without prior notice.

• We also reserve the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions at our discretion, including determining participant eligibility, qualification status, incentive approval, and compliance with the promotional requirements.

• Any updates or changes may be communicated via email, the survey platform, promotional materials, or the TechnologyMatch.com website.
